It was a breezy afternoon when I snapped a quick picture next to a massive truck, impressed by its sleek design. I sent the photo to my husband, expecting a casual comment. Instead, he immediately asked, “Whose truck is that?”
After a pause, his tone turned suspicious as he pointed out a tag on the truck’s suspension. I zoomed in on the image and noticed a small engraving and a metallic tag I hadn’t seen before. I assumed it was just custom work by a local mechanic.
Undeterred, my husband did some research, checking local forums and reaching out to contacts. He discovered that only one local shop specialized in that specific suspension design. Shockingly, the owner of that shop turned out to be my ex-boyfriend.
